What buyers ask first
What does Evara Trades supply?
Whole spices in bulk: cardamom, turmeric, cumin, chilli, coriander, black pepper and twelve more lines, cleaned, graded and tested to a written specification.
Where do the spices come from?
From India's licensed auctions and arrival markets: Idukki and Bodinayakanur for cardamom, Guntur for chilli, Erode and Nizamabad for turmeric, Unjha for cumin and Ramganj Mandi for coriander.
Do you take spot orders as well as contracts?
Yes. We quote spot shipments, seasonal programmes and annual contracts. Annual contracts carry a locked specification, a call-off schedule and a price review window.
What is the minimum order?
500 kg by air for cardamom. One 40 ft container for seed spices, turmeric and chilli, with part loads on mixed containers.
Which documents come with each shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, CEPA Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis per lot, phytosanitary certificate and bill of lading. Halal and HACCP documents on request.
